The first step is to get in touch with us. You can either fill out the contact form on our website or give us a call. We'll ask you to provide us with any drawings, plans, or specifications you may have. If you don’t already have these, we work with a network of experienced architects and designers who we are happy to recommend.

Once we have reviewed your plans, we'll set up a discovery call with you. This is an opportunity for us to get to know you and your project better. We'll discuss your goals, timeline, and budget, and answer any questions you may have.

After the discovery call, we'll schedule a site meeting at your convenience. We’ll assess the sites current condition and discuss critical elements of the design to get a much better feel for your vision of the project.

We'll put together a comprehensive quote which will highlight and identify any possible additional costs to keep the budget under control from the start.

We will then work closely with you to review your projects plans and timeline to make sure you understand the quote thoroughly and are comfortable with the costs involved.

After you have agreed to move forward with us, we'll draft a contract for you to sign. The contract will outline all the details of the project, including the scope of work, and payment schedule.

Now it's time for the fun part – construction! We'll assign a dedicated project manager who will oversee all aspects of the construction process. We'll keep you informed every step of the way and make sure everything is running smoothly right through to handover of your dream property.
